Our solution required experience across the credit asset classes and frontline understanding of the lending process.
Leading the internal model development team through the steps of: data extraction and preparation, model development, banker and credit executive engagement, implementation, policy update and setting a monitoring framework.
This assisted in solving multiple data issues and improving policy and processes around the model.
Our experience proved critical and the bank was able to achieve a great outcome with improved buy-in from the frontline.

Improved understanding of the bank’s internal data, in particular better understanding of groupings of related entities.
